LVORIA | Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
At LVORIA, we value our customers and strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. To maintain transparency and quality service, we follow the policies outlined below:
1. Immediate Return Policy (Check & Return)
To ensure you receive exactly what you ordered, we follow an Instant Inspection Policy.
Action Required: Customers must check the product thoroughly (size, color, material, and quality) in front of the delivery person.
Instant Return: If you are not satisfied or find any visual defects, you must return the product instantly to the delivery person.
Finality: Once the delivery man leaves, the product will not be eligible for return or refund under the "choice" or "visual defect" category.
2. Warranty & Service Policy (Adhesive/Glue)
3-Month Free Warranty: We provide a 3-month warranty specifically for glue/adhesive-related issues. If the adhesive loosens within this period, we will fix it free of charge.
Post-Warranty (After 3 Months): For any glue issues after the 3-month period, a service charge of BDT 270 will apply for the repair.
Delivery Charges: For all adhesive-related claims (both free and paid), the customer must bear all delivery charges (sending to our warehouse and shipping back to the customer).
3. Metal Card Holder Policy (Special Terms)
No Free Warranty: There is no free warranty for the metal card holder if it is broken or physically damaged.
Replacement Service: Customers can replace the broken metal part for a fee of BDT 990.
Special Delivery Terms: For metal part replacement only:
The customer pays the delivery charge to send the product to our warehouse.
LVORIA will bear the return shipping cost back to the customer.
4. Refund Timeline
If an instant return is confirmed and the product reaches our warehouse, any advance payment will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days.
5. Cancellation & Non-Refundable Items
Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Non-Refundable: Used products, customized items, and clearance sale products are not eligible for return or refund.
